While currently no shows have been cancelled, lead singer Gerard Way has cracked a rib. This is one of the many injuries that have plagued the band since the beginning of the Black Parade era. Audience members of the Fort Lauderdale show noticed a much more reserved Gerard during the show as he struggled with his pain.
Considering that taking a deep breath is one of the most painful undertakings while having a cracked rib, I applaud his dedication to the fans by continuing to sing as I assume this has become a most arduous task.
Does that man ever stop?
Yes, now that he's 30 I don't refer to him as a boy anymore, haha. Although, saying 'the boys' is way cooler than 'four boys and THE MAN'.

Get well soon Gerard.... he really oughta take it easy at some point... emphasis on 'really' and 'some' and I think there's a spider on my hand but I can't see it because I'm in the dark.
